From our friend Zach:
You can take a look at these questions in the Online Forum (http://td.pbc.guru) by clicking on the Radical Candor section. All four of these core questions can be pondered before, while, and after reading the book so that we can see how our ideas and thoughts evolve over the course of the reading process. To get the discussion started early, it would be great if you could comment on a couple of the questions before getting too far into the reading. Below is a suggested reading schedule.
Radical Candor is a best-selling book written by Kim Scott that deals with a subject that many people struggle with: how to effectively function and thrive in a leadership environment. She discusses building “radically candid” relationships and approaching interactions with a sense of both authority and humanity. I’ll be sending you interesting content related to Kim Scott’s Radical Candor as we progress in order to keep the discussion flowing.
Looking forward to your thoughts on the book,
