Dr. Christina Schlachter, PhD, is the creator of The Leading Change Guide, a real-world roadmap for leaders who are tired of too much fire-fighting and are ready to create meaningful, positive, and lasting change. Used successfully by thousands of leaders worldwide, Christina has cemented her role in helping leaders reinvent both themselves and their companies with her matter-of-fact 12-week turnaround process.
In addition to Leading Business Change for Dummies, Christina contributes to numerous business and communication journals and blogs, and is a sought after keynote speaker globally. She is also the author of the forthcoming Work Right, Go Home at Night (June 2012) and Critical Communication for Dummies (December 2012). Christina, the CEO and Managing Partner at She Leads, has been recognized as an American Express Small Business Award winner and is passionate about helping women leaders create meaningful change, at work and home. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is an advisory board member with the Society for Human Resource Management.
Christina holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems, MAs in Education and in Organizational Studies, and a BBA in International Finance and Marketing. She is a frequent speaker and lecturer at top ranked universities, including Stanford where she received her first Masters degree.

Terry Hildebrandt, MA, MA, PCC, works with the leaders of global business units and their teams to design and implement organizational change initiatives resulting in increased revenue, greater market share, improved executive team effectiveness, and alignment of organizational culture with new business strategies. Terry is an expert in the principles of evidence based coaching, which involves using the best existing theoretical and researched knowledge, in combination with his personal coaching skills and knowledge of the client, to develop and deliver an effective coaching engagement.
Terry has worked with companies and organizations in multiple industries including high tech, manufacturing, professional services, insurance, energy, government, schools, and nonprofit. He works primarily with mid-level and senior executives including members of the executive committee, board chairs, chief executive officers, vice presidents, directors, and selected promising leaders.
In addition to Leading Business Change for Dummies, Terry has written numerous articles on organizational change, contributes to blogs on emotional and social intelligence, and has spoken at business conferences worldwide. Terry is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a certified Evidence Based Coach from the Fielding Graduate University, and a Social & Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach from the Institute for Social & Emotional Intelligence (ISEI).
Terry earned his Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science from Rice University. He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Design and Effectiveness and a Master’s degree in Human Development from the Fielding Graduate University. Terry is also currently a PhD Candidate at Fielding studying Human and Organizational Systems.
